The State Owes Labour a Living

It seems that the Labour party has once again began using the word 'Toff' in an attempt of scaring people away from the Conservative party. An attempt to create a picture that every single sympathizer of the Conservative party went to Eton. A tactic which they constantly use for tarring Plaid Cymru and SNP with the term 'nationalists'.

What word best sums up 'poor, sick, pseudo-valued, deceiptful, the state owes me a living', in a way that can easily be put before the name of a Labour party sympathizer?

White Trash

Labour seem to do this across Wales. Of course there is a greater proportion of the population living in the south than the north, and due to these post-industrial settlements where Dic originates, Labour are allowed to form a government. Little do these 'politicians' know of a landscape beyond the M4 corridor.

Should there be policies for all of Wales? Is the poverty and unemployment as seen in the valleys replicated in areas such as Wrexham or Rhyl? Dic says no! The problems of the valleys are ones of inactivity and ignorance by politicians, mostly Labour. They have failed to do anything, whilst creating some half-arsed policy which is supposed to match other areas of Wales.

An example would be housing situations. There doesn't seem to be much of a problem in the south. You could say there's an abundance, since Dic here has seen terraces of houses for sale in places like Abertillery. The north seems to suffer from lack of council housing, used up by rehabilitation schemes of ex-cons from English cities. There's also the factor of holiday homes which take up the non-council house stock of houses. Dare you say anything about this, you will be classed as a racist.

Could Wales really do with a separate council for the rest of Wales outside of the Glamorgan/Gwent area, which actually knows what's best with them. The election results almost refelct this with the Conservatives, Plaid and Liberal Democrats gaining seats in the other areas of Wales.

Dic seems to think that he's living among white trash, blaming everything upon their lazyness and lack of initiative.

Further Devolution Tactic

With all the dirt and resignations coming from Labour HQ, I'm quite certain we'll get a Conservative government in the next general election. Due to the current electroal boundaries being unfair, the Conervative party lost out at a chance of governance in 2005, even though attaining more absolute votes than any other party. Labour was propped up by Wales and Scotland, whilst Middle England chose the Tories.

We will of course be seeing the Conservatives in Westminster and Labour in Cardiff Bay, and quite possibly conflict between these two seats of government.

An argument used repeatedly by Labour is Conservative = Thatcher, which of course is a valid fear although very out of date. Dic here doesn't assume that half of Spain are supporters of Franco, or that Angela Merkel has any Nazi sympathies. Stupid comparisons, however the principle that people change and that times have changed is still relevant.

One thing that Dic is uneasy about is the Conervative Westminster agenda for the Welsh Assembly. Individuals such as Nick Bourne AM and Darren Millar AM have publicly supported the institution while there has been speculation* that others such as David Cameron MP and most certainly David Davies MP, will attempt to take steps to abolish the Senedd. There is obviously a range of opinions in the party, including those we don't hear such as in-the-closet anti-Welsh David Jones MP. Dic doesn't like these thoughts.

How could we stop a Conservative government in Westminster abolishing the Welsh Assembly? An obvious one is devolving more powers to Cardiff Bay. The more the Assembly has, the less Westminster has.

If the Welsh Assembly comes to any harm during Conservative reign I think we can easily blame the current Labour government in being so stubborn and complacent regarding devolving powers.

Individuals such as Peter Hain MP(isn't there a donation investigation pending?) is an easy target as well rent-a-quote Chris Bryant MP at Westminster. Individuals at the Welsh assembly would include Huw Lewis AM(he's been learning Welsh in an attempt to make him more electable as a leader - he needs to know that it takes more than learning a language to make you Welsh), whose little leadership campaign group(including anti-Welsh wierdo David Taylor) is involved with some infighting with the leadership campaign group of Carwyn Jones AM. Steps have already been taken to force Luke Ellis, a councillor working on Carwyn Jones' campaign. It would appear that Carwyn Jones AM is actually running a better campaign than Huw Lewis causing some bitterness!

NOTE TO ALL: Divide and conquer! Labour's in a mess, spreading lies not only about opposition, but about themselves!

A divide and conquer tactic is useful in attaining power, if you're not getting any, but not so useful when you actually care what happens to YOUR governent, which is funded by YOUR money.

Labour has failed Wales and is falling apart exponentially. All Dic can do now is wait for the Conservatives to get into power and bulldoze what's left.

*I say speculation since he might not of said anything of the sort, however Labour have so many media people in their pocket, it wouldn't suprise me it that story was spun.

AG: Quicker

Is David Taylor et al. really so annoyed of the resignations of Bob Quick and even Sir Ian Blair?

The mistake that Bob Quick did, has been done before by a Labour MP and he should be a bit more alert not to make the same mistake.

Sir Ian Blair should of gone with the whole Jean Charles de Menezes fiasco, of which an innocent man who was shot dead repeatedly still hasn't had any justice.

Westminster Gravy Train

You may be suprised and/or disgusted with the recent expense swindles, although completely legal! Members of the House of Commons aren't the only ones at it.

It comes to light that Lord Dafydd Elis Thomas, takes the train to Westminster, records a signature and continues to claim money. He then takes the train home, not participating or liasing with other peers in an attempt to service the people of Wales and/or the Welsh Assembly.

It is also quite ironic that this man who was a republican not long ago is very cosy with Charles Windsor.

AG: Groundhog Day

Aneurin Glyndŵr once again attacks the Conservative Party whilst standing on unstable ground.

But fear not – you need not know anything about Welsh politics.

It reads: "Knowledge of devolution, Scotland or Wales is desirable but not essential."

I don't know how sufficient the knowledge of Wales is in Westminster, where it seems that they have a superior right to reserve legal and constitutional decisions regarding the Welsh language.

AG: What Labour does in Europe

It seems that David Taylor et al are quite keen to persecute the Conservative Party for their lack of support over rights of equality.

They are quite correct to persue this just cause, however the line 'pot calling the kettle black' comes to mine.

Is it not the Labour Party who have enforced a law where a decent citizen, who is presumably innocent until proven guilty, cannot stand a fair trail including a jury in a court of law for up to thirty (30) days? This can happen to Dic or any of us, providing the police feel inclined to do so under the Terrorism Act.

What about this fundamental right which is outlined in the Magna Carta Libertatum?
