AG: What Labour does in Europe

It seems that David Taylor et al are quite keen to persecute the Conservative Party for their lack of support over rights of equality.

They are quite correct to persue this just cause, however the line 'pot calling the kettle black' comes to mine.

Is it not the Labour Party who have enforced a law where a decent citizen, who is presumably innocent until proven guilty, cannot stand a fair trail including a jury in a court of law for up to thirty (30) days? This can happen to Dic or any of us, providing the police feel inclined to do so under the Terrorism Act.

What about this fundamental right which is outlined in the Magna Carta Libertatum?
