AG: Groundhog Day

Aneurin Glyndŵr once again attacks the Conservative Party whilst standing on unstable ground.

But fear not – you need not know anything about Welsh politics.

It reads: "Knowledge of devolution, Scotland or Wales is desirable but not essential."

I don't know how sufficient the knowledge of Wales is in Westminster, where it seems that they have a superior right to reserve legal and constitutional decisions regarding the Welsh language.
